1 Year Limited Warranty

This product has been manufactured under rigid quality specifications and control and is warranted by Woodenshark to, under normal use and conditions, be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year that you, the original purchaser, own it.

Should this device be proven defective, please return it, prepaid along with proof of purchase (e. g. dated bill of sale, UPC bar code from original package) to, Woodenshark support address you can find at lightpack.tv .

The Company’s obligations are limited to replacement or refund of purchase price of this product and do not include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse, alteration, commercial use, or improper installation.

This warranty does cover product purchased Worldwide at certified online stores and retail partners. You can find full and up-to date partner list at www.lightpack.tv .

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties or liabilities. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, shall be limited to duration of the warranty. In no case shall the Company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the Company any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product.

Please, notice: all warranty program use your device unique Serial Number (SN) you can find on package flip or bottom case of Lightpack. You need to provide this number to Woodenshark. This allows to us identify your device among others and read additional data such as production date, manufacturer, revision, etc.
